What is a baby plan?
A baby changes so much during their first year, capture those precious moments with several sessions throughout their first year.
Deluxe Baby Plan $199:
- Newborn Session (up to 14 days, In your home session or in the studio)
- Mommy and Me Session (6 weeks, in your home or in the studio)
- 3 month (lifting head)
- 6 month (sitting up)
- 9 month (starting to stand)
- 12 month birthday session (Nice photos followed by a cake smash and splash session)
- One 8 x 24" Printed Panel containing one portrait from each of your 3, 6, 9 and 12 month sessions. (Ordering Appointment to follow each session to select your Baby Panel portrait. Final Print will be delivered after graduating from the Baby Plan)
Basic Baby Plan $149
- 4 month (lots of smiles)
- 8 month (sitting up)
- 12 month birthday session (Nice photos followed by a cake smash and splash session)
- One Printed Panel containing one portrait from each of your three sessions. (Ordering Appointment to follow each session to select your Baby Panel portrait. Final Print will be delivered after graduating from the Baby Plan)
Newborn and First Birthday $99
- Newborn Session (up to 14 days, In your home session or in the studio)
- 12 month birthday session (Nice photos followed by a cake smash and splash session)
What do these sessions look like?
Backgrounds can be something simple, or seasonally themed, let us know your preference when booking your baby plan, the background choice will be the same for all sessions so images will match on your final panel.

Maternity Sessions: Capture this special time of your life as you prepare for your little bundle of joy. These portraits are scheduled for around 32-35 weeks pregnant for first time moms, and around 30-32 weeks for moms who have had babies before. Sessions may be indoor in the studio, in the comfort of your home (maybe in baby's nursery), or outdoors. Poses with dad as well as older siblings may also be included. This is included in any baby plans that include a newborn session, but is optional if you would prefer not to do it. (We suggest taking a look at our blog post "Why you’ll regret it if you skip a maternity session" before deciding to opt-out.) |
Newborn Sessions:
For babies up to 14 days new (though we will go up to 4 weeks) and may take place in your home or in our studio. Please allow for up to 3 hours for this session.
In your home lifestyle sessions tend to be less stressful for mom and baby since there is no reason to pack everything up to travel. We include poses of parent(s) and siblings with baby, and baby posed alone. These sessions are usually in the baby's nursery, we bring the studio to you. We will use baby's things like blankets and small toys as much as possible.
In our studio will be poses with parent(s) and siblings, followed by baby posed in our various containers (buckets, boxes, baskets) in a swaddle.
Note to parents:
Even if you feel you don't want to be in the portraits, please remain open to the idea and wear something nice, as beautiful candid moments can happen while you interact with your baby during our time together. Years from now, your child is going to want to know what you looked like when they were a baby, so let them.

6 Week- Mommy and Me: This session is scheduled when baby is 6 weeks old, and Mommy is beginning to feel a little more normal. We typically do this session in the comfort of your home to allow for mommy and baby to be as relaxed and comfortable as possible. This is mostly for mommy and baby, but daddy can be included as well. (No siblings for this session) This is a simple setup, using a black background. Please allow for up to three hours for this session. (This session is included with the deluxe baby plan, though you may choose to opt-out.) |

Three Months: When baby can hold their head up, it's time for this milestone session. (Session date will be pushed back if baby is not ready) These sessions are done in our studio, and last around 15-30 minutes on average. Ordering session will take place immediately afterwards to choose Baby Plan panel print. Backgrounds may be plain or seasonally themed, please discuss you preference when scheduling. |

Six Months: No other age has this much variety, colorful props, fun poses and great expressions. The best part about turning 6 months is being able to sit up on their own. If your baby is not sitting up yet at the time of the scheduled session, we will push the session back another week or two until they are able to sit up unassisted. |

Nine Months: This milestone session is scheduled once your baby can pull themselves up to stand on their own. If they are not able to stand just yet, we can push their session back another week or two until they are able to stand at least for a few minutes during their session. |
Twelve Months / One Year:
We schedule this session around the week of your child's birthday. We typically do some nice portraits, followed by a cake smash and splash session. (Small smash cake is included, must be ordered 2 weeks prior to session. Client may provide their own instead if worried about food allergies.)
It doesn't matter if your child loves the cake and bath or not (not all do), you will still have beautiful memories to look back on forever.
